Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. 

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (if applicable), incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
